SQUAT AND PLANK CHALLENGE
STEPS SO FAR = 8,000
Apples = 2
Hoping I will get to 10,000 by end of the evening. On performance days I try to
chill out a little bit. My nerves get bunched up and somehow get stuck in my throat.
This sucks because thats where the sound travels through!
